The “Ultimate” Guarantees
Sliders UK launched the “Ultimate” Patio Door to the market some two years ago in response to the need for a secure patio door option. Benefitting from Secured by Design status it was the only patio door to do so and represented a mile stone in the development of sliding patio doors, traditionally seen as the weak link in household security. Since then the numbers of “Ultimate” Patio Doors we sell has grown steadily as people have become more aware of their availability.
In October 2010 we added another product to our “Ultimate” range. With innovation to the forefront of our product enhancement we developed an “Ultimate” Bi-folding door with revolutionary high security hardware and locking mechanism – making ours more secure than any other PVCU bi-fold.
Guaranteed
We are so confident in both our “Ultimate” Door’s ability to withstand an attempted break in that we have launched an “Ultimate” Guarantee scheme. This states that in the unlikely event that the home of a customer is broken into through one of our “Ultimate” doors (not by breaking the glass) then we will finance the cost of replacing the door (up to £1000.00 patio doors and £2000.00 for bi-folding doors) and pay the householder £500.00 pounds for any inconvenience they have experienced. Each “Ultimate” door is delivered with a guarantee application form attached to it; if this is missing for any reason please call a member of our sales team.
What do I do?
There is an administration fee of £15.00 for registering the installation; the installer should complete the registration form and send the white copy complete with a cheque covering this fee to Sliders UK Ltd. The cheque should come from the installer or installation company. We will then register the installation and issue the householder with their certificate. The registration form has two copy sheets behind the front sheet, the Pink copy is left with the householder and the Yellow copy is for the records of the installation company.
What does this mean for installers?
The “Ultimate” Guarantee is designed to give the householder confidence in the security of their new doors and as such should help you to generate more sales as security continues to be at the front of householders minds. We are here to help you achieve greater sales of our “Ultimate” patio and bi-folding doors and will include you in our “locator” program which lists “Ultimate” door installers within a given post code area from enquiries made on our web site. We are also keen to put samples of the doors into our customer’s showrooms, FREE, please contact us if you haven’t already considered this option.
